The problem that he faced before working with Iconic AI was the fact that he was spending all this time sending all these messages, and it was just the same thing every single day. So, with Owen, he actually does this more part-time within his business. He’s working full-time to fund the start and the launch of his business and to get things off the ground. Nick has a pretty successful business already, he's got a great offer that produces great transformations, and he already knows how to generate leads. One of the main problems that he wanted us to help him solve is how to create leverage and get more out of his current team. He has an appointment setter, he has some salespeople, and he doesn't want to have to hire more appointment setters to work his leads.
Nick had a team that he really, really liked, so he wasn't looking to expand his team; he just wanted to get more out of his team. He wanted to plug Iconic AI in to reduce their workload and increase their capacity.

Then the total lead to CTA or lead to book ratio—we typically want anywhere from 10% to 15%, and he's got a 25% lead to book ratio, which is insane.

For Marcus's specifically, we were aiming for a 30% response rate. We got his response rate to 45%. The minimum is 15% for his business. He has a 31% lead-to-book rate. So, that means the total number of leads that are being assigned to Iconic AI, we’re booking 31.25% of those leads in for a call. Lindsay is a licensed nurse practitioner specializing in transforming the lives of women. She has an absolutely phenomenal product that creates lifelong transformations for the women she works with.
